@sneakersXwine I've tried too many sweet reds & I just can't. The drys have just always been me. Except sangria. Will always <3 sangria.
May Poem
In the midst of April’s excitement, I completely forgot the poem for that month. Here’s to getting back on track in May!
Daisy Time
See, the grass is full of stars,
Fallen in their brightness;
Hearts they have of shining gold,
Rays of shining whiteness.
Buttercups have honeyed hearts,
Bees they love the clover,
But I love the daisies’ dance
All the meadow over.
Blow, O blow, you happy winds,
Singing summer’s praises,
Up the field and down the field
A-dancing with the daisies.
Plumeria
Using a photo of my favorite flower that I took a few years ago when we went to Hawaii to freshen the place up a bit. I’ve crossed that fine line from not wanting to get rid of the sparkle of Christmas to just needing to get all of my house back to normal!
Summer Flowers
Took this back in April. Just wanted to perk the place up a bit and give some summery feel.
Purple Beauty
Not sure what this flower is but it’s unique structure really stood out to me on a recent photowalk.
Egyptian Star
I believe these are Egyptian Star clusters. Regardless, I love their pink color. It just screams Spring.
